It was scary from day one but with Joe Peres guideIng us every step of the way, made the transition so smooth and calming. Joe went above and beyond his call of duty with patience, and assurance. Told us way before the move how to get our credit scores up, so that he could give us the best rate possible. Even to our surprise the mortgage payment was much lower than he originally told us. Very down to earth, open and honest. His team was amazing at getting us the paperwork we needed to have done and signed, electronically and right on time. I was very Leary at first about working with a Lender from NY being that I was now in Fl. but, they made us feel like family. We had such a great experience with Amanpreet…. He’s such a great realtor.. He’s very understanding @ olways just a call away…We had a very bad expereince in past ppl just try to sell so they can make there commission but with amanpreet it was not at all… Amanpreer handled my first dream house search…He guided us with through all the steps and always gave us right advice..
